Indian Street Style Momo's/Dimsum's Chutney Recipe

I was desperately seraching for the recipe of Street Style Momo's/Dimsum's Chutney over the net but I could not find it anywhere but as SRK says "Kehte hai agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaaho toh poori kaynath tumhein usse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai"  and finally I invented the secret recipe of the "Thele wali Momos ki Chutney" Yayyyyyyy.. I was really craving for that taste in US and was not getting it anywhere.. Recipe is really simple and I would love to share with you all..
Ingredients:
4-6 dried whole red chilies
1 Medium size tomato
4-6 garlic
1/2 inch ginger
White vinegar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Soak the chilies in lukewarm water for almost 12 hrs, this helps in making the chilies tender, Boil the tomato and remove the skin. make a fine paste of all the ingredients in grinder, if you wish to add water use the one in which chilies were soaked, finish it by mixing the salt and vinegar into it, your chutney is ready to be relished along with juicy Dimsums, or I also like it with stuffed Parathas

How I got into blogging my recipes..

Hello everyone,

I am Kriti Chitranshi with the first blog of My Kitchen's Karnama, The idea of starting such type of blog came to my mind when I used to work in a software company and really had crunch of time normally I used to reach home late and used to do a quick cooking for me and my hubby dear, but he often used to invite his friends over the weekend for party and then I had to think a looottttt what to prepare, as my husband prefers the food made by me over restaurant's food :-) :-( at the same time I also had to make sure that I don't really miss the party and people like the food too. I started thinking of the recipes, did googling also ;-) and finally invented some of the recipes which are mostly Indian Style with known and common ingredients (of-course to we Indians), and are really quick to prepare, most Importantly you don't really need to have great culinary skills to do your experiments with the food.

I used to think that whenever I will have sometime I will share my expertise with others too, and Now we are relocated to the US and I have some time to implement the idea :-D Yayyyyyyy..
So here we go and I present you few mouth watering recipes from starters to deserts so that you can easily impress others with the finger licking stuff.. ;-) :P

Recipes follow soon.

Till then
Lot's of love.. Happy Cooking
Kriti
